Juliet Vuni

Juliet assists the Secretary for Finance in managing MACAUS’ funds. She has served MACAUS and the Ma’di Community for many years. In 2004 she was elected Secretary for Information and in 2018 was Finance Secretary, in the office she holds now, but under a different leadership.

Juliet Vuni is a graduate of the School of Psychology in Ahfad University for Women in Omdruman, Khartoum. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education. After graduation, she worked as a teacher in Al Riyadh International School. Shortly after that, she travelled to Egypt where she was employed as a nanny with a Swiss Diplomat for two and half years.

In the United States, Juliet is a health care worker with Erie County Medical Corporation. She has an Associates Degree in Mental Health, majoring in Substance Abuse.

In her leisure time, Juliet volunteers to go to AA meetings to lend support to participants.
